What happens if I have paid a broker fee and the vendor pulls out of the transaction? Do I lose the fee?

A.

Not at all – we will simply hold the fee until you find another property and then roll it over to pay for your next mortgage application. We will continue to do this until you have a successful application which moves to completion.
