What areas does your commercial department cover?

We have offices in London Bridge & Bromley, and therefore tend to focus on business within SE London and North Kent. What are commercial classes, and can I change the use to suit me?

Most UK commercial properties have their use defined by a local authority that has jurisdiction over them. This allows local town and country planners to ensure that their plans for a property or an area can actually happen.

Our class order guide will show you which is the correct one for your business. Some landlords will consider an offer subject to a change of use, but uses such as A3, A4 & A5 often prove contentious. If you are looking to open a restaurant, bar or takeaway you would be well-advised to look for a property with the requisite use already in place.
