At what stage should I contact the Build to Rent division about my scheme?

It’s never too early! Some of our clients come to us with buildings ready to go, while others are yet to apply for planning. Thanks to our experience letting over 2,500 BTR apartments, we have a great deal of experience, and we use our historic data to help us analyse schemes on behalf of clients. While the rental market is fluid, we like to provide ERV reports at the earliest stage that can then be updated throughout construction.
