Question #97

Q.

What documents do I need to provide?

A.

Photo ID for all prospective tenants including children (Passport or Drivers Licence). Proof of address, 3 months’ payslips and bank statements.

For residents within the EU and overseas, they must provide a right to rent share code, this is obtained from the government website. Residents within the UK with a British Passport will also need to have ‘right-to-rent’ checks carried out.
