Our Planning Management team undertook the masterplanning of this town centre site in readiness for an application for a mixed-use development. We procured specialist reports including topographical, soil and utility surveys on behalf of the landowner, and recruited architects and planning consultants to create a policy-compliant design proposal. Our second pre-application meeting was held in November 2015, but before we made a full planning application, our development agency team sold it to a local developer!
