In recent years the Land & Strategic Property Division has assisted numerous clients with complicated land assemblies, the most recent being at Walworth Road in Elephant and Castle.

Having acquired a number of commercial properties on a piecemeal basis, we assisted our private clients with the purchase of the remaining adjacent properties required to form a comprehensive development site.

Our instructions involved us negotiating with a national plc and tracing an individual resident in Uganda. To the delight of our clients, both objectives were met with relative ease and, with their properties now successfully under ownership, a planning application has recently been submitted for the construction of 54 apartments and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space.
