Although the site was publicly marketed, we worked closely with Belgravia to maximise the development value, and ensure their offer remained competitive.
A deadline for offers was set, and our combined efforts ensured Belgravia won the bidding.
The site benefits from planning permission for the construction of 22 apartments, which takes the total number of plots our New Homes Division will be selling in Surrey in 2007 to over 300.
