When appraising several properties for one such client, we highlighted the development potential of the Galleon Public House in Battersea.
We were given free reign to employ an architect, assist in the conception of an appropriate scheme and negotiate a planning consent. Working with Forge Architects, we were able to secure permission at local level for the construction of 14 flats.
We subsequently set about marketing the property, and a sale to Greenacre Homes has now been completed. Greenacre intend to undertake construction of the site in Partnership with Wandle Housing Association.
