Following the success of their development of 40 apartments at Maylands Drive adjacent to Albany Park station, Belgravia Homes have acquired a site for another 12 luxury flats on arguably one of the best roads in Sidcup.

Currently occupied by a bungalow, the plot on Chislehurst Road was granted consent on appeal for nine 1 bedroom and three 2 bedroom flats in a strikingly modern block.

Local developers, South East Living, successfully won the planning battle for the first car free scheme in Sidcup, but in the time that elapsed as a result of the appeal, had started the construction of two other projects.

With the site surplus to requirements, the Land & Strategic Property Division were asked to introduce a buyer with a proven track record for performing quickly. Belgravia certainly didn't disappoint, completing the transaction from start to finish in under three weeks!
