Having assisted a client acquire the former Ravensbury Arms Public House on an unconditional basis in early 2007, we subsequently managed the promotion of the site through the planning system. Despite a refusal at local level for the construction of 10 terraced properties for affordable housing, permission was successfully secured at appeal. The sale of the site was subsequently agreed to Greenacre Homes, who will build the houses for Registered Social Landlords Servite.
