Q.

How do I know if my site/property has commercial development potential?

A.

You may not, but we will! We have up to the minute market intelligence that allows us to best advise landowners, and maximise value on their behalf. Call us on 020 7089 6555 (London) or 020 8315 5454 (Kent) to discuss in more detail.

Q.

I’ve been misled by residential agents that don’t understand commercial property, and commercial agents that don’t understand development. Do you actually know what you’re talking about?

A.

Our Commercial & Development Division was established in 1999, and does exactly as the name suggests. We only handle commercial and development transactions (plus plenty of investment deals). We don’t sell residential property – we have 39 residential branches for that! We’re an entirely transactional business, so we only get paid when a deal gets done. We don’t list properties for fun, and will only take instructions that we’re very confident we can sell. Call us on 020 7089 6555 (London) or 020 8315 5454 (Kent)  – we’ll happily tell you if we’re the right firm to appoint, and if we’re not, we’ll recommend someone else.

Q.

What areas does your commercial department cover?

A.

We have offices in London Bridge & Bromley, and therefore tend to focus on business within SE London and North Kent. For investment or development business, or for freehold sales we often travel further afield though. Please contact our team on 020 7089 6555 (London) or 020 8315 5454 (Kent) – our staff will be more than happy to confirm if we are the best people for the job.
