After an impressive 38 years of ownership, our client decided it was time to part with their freehold commercial property in the heart of Chislehurst, BR7. The site features a significant 4,400 sqft E class building on a 0.24-acre plot, complete with secure, private parking. Back in July 2022, Acorn valued this property, after which the owners opted to use another commercial agency for the sale. However, over the next 16 months, despite multiple attempts, the sales fell through.

Recognizing the need for a new approach, we were re-engaged to relaunch the marketing of the property. Our strategy paid off as, within a brief marketing campaign, we successfully negotiated terms with a local business, located just 150 yards from the site. The new owners plan to transform the building into a modern office facility.
