Four years after opening our Eltham branch, we’re now opening our second office in the same high street. The total number of offices within the group now stands at 38, with further openings planned for 2020 and beyond.
“Demand for our services in the Eltham area has outpaced even our greatest expectations, resulting in the need for an additional office to keep pace with our clients instructions,” said Neil Louth, Group MD.
The latest office is located on the main junction between Court Road and Well Hall Road, diagonally opposite McDonalds, and just a short walk away from the existing office. At a time when many of our competitors are closing branches, this new office comes hot on the heels of other recent branch openings in Woolwich, Sidcup, Blackfen, Northumberland Heath, and two in Plumstead.

The regeneration of the town centre, including a new six screen cinema, greater pedestrian priority with widened and repaved footpaths, improved cycle facilities and a monthly market on Passey Place, has greatly enhanced the area. Eltham has always been a desirable place to live for first time buyers, commuters, and young families alike so it’s no surprise these improvements have increased demand from the buyers and tenants alike”
