Chris has worked within the high-end market across Kent and the South East since 2005. Having been responsible for some of the areas highest value sales his experience at dealing with high-net-worth clients and all their property requirements is well established.

With a strong client base, Chris deals with buyer searches and purchases as well as sales, he also deals with rental portfolio acquisitions or disposal, commercial requirements and can provide seamless links to our financial and legal services specialising in being an agent that can get things done with the least amount of fuss for the client.

Chris is head of our Private Office as he has consistently delivered in his career with the type of service that gains a strong reputation within the public arena especially in the super and luxury home market. He is also Regional Director for the Langford Russell and John Payne brands within the Acorn Group.

On a personal level, Chris is a keen padel player, enjoys dog walks with his two dogs one of which is called Azpi named after a former Chelsea F.C. captain!

Prior to entering the world of real estate Emily spent over ten years working in high-end hospitality, specializing in event management and as a liaison for UHNW individuals.

With a keen eye for sales and an unparalleled drive to go the extra mile for customers, Emily was fantastically positioned for a career in high-end real estate. This has proven to be the case since 2020 as Emily combines exceptional customer service with a high degree of integrity and efficiency to consistently deliver positive outcomes for her clients.

Having had two young girls and several house moves of her own across this period, Emily has a genuine passion for helping both individuals and families find their dream homes and understands the importance of doing so.

In her (currently very limited!) spare time, Emily enjoys staying active outdoors with long dog walks a must and previously having been part of a dodgeball league to satisfy her competitive side. When the TV is on it’s usually for a property development or home renovation style reality show with ‘Selling Sunset’ on Netflix being Emily’s guilty pleasure option.

With over 40 years of dedicated experience working exclusively in the Blackheath and Greenwich areas, Richard offers unrivalled knowledge of the local property market. Having guided vendors and buyers through transactions for decades, he has earned a reputation as the go-to expert for anyone selling or purchasing property in the area. This distinguished career has naturally led to Richard dealing with many high-net-worth clients and as such his ability to act for such clients in a discreet and confidential manner have led him to become an essential member of our Private Office team.

Richard has enjoyed a passion for travel and has spent time exploring India (five times!), Toured America (on a Harley Davidson), Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, Mexico, Thailand, Australia, Guatemala, Cuba, Canada… and the list goes on! In his spare time, he enjoys playing Tennis, Cooking, Photography and badly playing one of his four guitars.

Rebecca joined The Acorn Group in 2020, bringing with her a strong background in providing personal assistant support within the high-end market. In her role as Personal Assistant for The Private Office, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of the property industry and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.

Highly organised and dependable, Rebecca is known for delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships through clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach making her a trusted point of contact throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog, Presley, and indulging her passion for drawing and photography. More recently, she has taken on a complete renovation of her new home, embracing the opportunity to learn new skills whilst having the freedom to express her creativity.

James began his career with the Acorn Group in 1996 as a trainee negotiator. Through dedication and consistent performance, he progressed to the role of Area Manager, gaining extensive experience across more than 30 branches throughout South East London and Kent.

After a successful 25-year career in estate agency, James transitioned into mortgage services, where he now leads the team supporting Langford Russell, Acorn New Homes, and The Private Office. His in-depth knowledge of the property market, combined with his leadership experience, enables him to provide clients with informed and tailored financial guidance.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through sport, and maintaining his fitness at the gym.

Oliver brings a proven track record and a highly professional approach to his role within our Private Office. Having worked in the property industry since 2019, he has successfully acted for a wide range of buyers and sellers, helping clients secure and sell exceptional homes across South East London, with expertise in Orpington, Locksbottom, Keston and surrounding areas.

Currently managing our highly successful Locksbottom and Orpington branches, Oliver is accustomed to working with high-level clients in both Farnborough and Keston private parks. His remit also covers the rapidly developing Sidcup area, giving him a broad and strategic understanding of both mature and emerging locations.

Driven, knowledgeable, and client-focused, Oliver is known for delivering consistently strong outcomes while providing a seamless and professional experience at every stage of the process. His commitment to excellence, combined with his deep local knowledge, makes him a trusted adviser for clients seeking expert representation within our Private Office.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys exploring great food and staying active in the gym, bringing the same discipline and enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his clients.

Having joined The Acorn Group in 2012, Koorosh brings over a decade of experience across the business, starting out in a creative role after completing a degree in Graphic Design. That background continues to shape his work as Brand Manager, where he takes a lead on the creative direction of all campaigns. He has worked closely with a wide range of clients, including high-net worth individuals and new homes developers, giving him a clear understanding of what matters most to clients at the top end of the market.

Outside of work, Koorosh enjoys working out and travelling, and has recently developed a growing interest in gardening.
