The Acorn Group and Judge & Priestley were delighted to host the third ‘Bromley Property Group Charity Golf Day’ on 30th June at Sundridge Park Golf Club. The event, as always, was a huge success with various fundraising events throughout the day including the generously supported raffle where everything from golf shoes, to crates of wine and dinner at Marco Pierre Whites London restaurant, were up for grabs.
There was a fun but competitive atmosphere from the moment team captains, Rob Sargent & Paul Deveney for Acorn, and Steve Taylor & Mark Oakley for Judge & Priestley arrived in the clubhouse. The overall winners, with an 11 ½ to 8 ½ victory, were Acorn who proudly took home the team trophy to display in their brand new Bromley South headquarters.
In total, an overall figure of £5,500 was raised across the course of the day, with all donations equally split between two deserving charities; Breast Cancer Now and Prostate Cancer UK. The money will be used to help fund the incredible work undertaken by both charities whilst they fight to prevent these dreadful illnesses.
A big thanks to all involved in making the day a success and to find out more about the fantastic work Prostate Cancer UK and Breast Cancer Now do, please visit https://prostatecanceruk.org/ and https://breastcancernow.org/.
