Question #77

Q.

With a let property, how often do I need to get a gas safety check done?

A.

You will need a qualified Gas Safe Register engineer to check every 12 months that all gas appliances, pipes and flues are in safe working order. We can assist with this. Your tenant must be given a copy of the certificate before they move in to the property.
