Acorn's Planning Management team co-ordinated a change of use application in respect of this C2 (hostel) building in Thanet so as to facilitate a C3 (residential dwelling) user. The application was run alongside a marketing campaign on behalf of Barnardos, and the property was ultimately sold by our Corporate Asset Services team to a private owner occupier.
