Acorn's niche Corporate Asset Services team concluded the marketing and successful sale of a portfolio of apartment blocks on the East Kent coast in early 2014. Acting on the instructions of LPA Receivers (appointed by Kent Reliance Building Society), we undertook a local, regional and national marketing campaign in order to generate interest in the portfolio of 19 apartments split across three individual blocks. Considerable interest was generated, and a number of competitive offers received. An agreement was reached with a private investment firm, and the sale managed to a strict timetable.
