Following the successful sale of the Gipsy Queen House to Rock Investments on behalf of Admiral Taverns, Rock instructed us to mange the acquisition of an adjoining warehouse.
We quickly established that the warehouse had been under offer for several months, with no sign on an imminent exchange.
Rocks offer to contract quickly tempted the vendors, and the deal exchanged just 3 days later! A scheme comprising the comprehensive redevelopment of the combined site to provide commercial space and 22 flats has been conceived, and a planning application will be submitted shortly.
