Our London Bridge office has recently completed the letting of this self-contained office building to a children's entertainment company at a premium rent.

We sold the property to the current owner in 2013; and negotiated a leaseback to the previous proprietor. With that agreement coming to an end we were re-instructed to locate a new tenant.
