Demand outstrips supply for places of worship, so when we launched this 4,500 sqft place of worship, we expected a straightforward letting. Instead, we encountered squatters, illegal raves, and extensive damage. Still, persistence paid off-we secured a tenant needing extra space for a growing local congregation.
