We've worked hard to earn a reputation as being highly effective in the sale of consented sites in recent years, and word appears to be spreading fast.

We were contacted by niche developers, Pocket Living, for assistance with the sale of the former Norman Parade in Sidcup. Pocket specialise in the construction of compact, efficient flats aimed at first time buyers and key workers. Unfortunately, Bexley Council's UDP doesn't yet recognise cutting edge development concepts and as a result of a policy concerning minimum unit sizes, Pocket were unable to secure a planning consent hat met their development criteria.

Nevertheless, permission was granted for an attractive scheme comprising a total of 39 one and two bedroom flats of more 'regular' sizes. Pocket asked us to approach a shortlist of established clients with funds readily available. Belgravia Homes were the highest bidders and promptly exchanged contracts. The sale of the private units will be managed by our New Homes Division.
