We first approached the owners of Crown Works several years ago, but with a good tenant in place the owners had no interest in selling. The tenancy subsequently expired and we were delighted to hear from the vendor's agents that they were now keen for a quick sale. We introduced retained clients Trademark Homes Ltd and successfully negotiated a deal. Contracts in respect of Trademark's unconditional purchase were exchanged within 3 weeks, and completed shortly thereafter. We have continued to advise Trademark in the conception of a suitable scheme for redevelopment, and a planning application has recently been submitted for the construction of 12 apartments.
