The tenancy subsequently expired and we were delighted to hear from the vendor's agents that they were now keen for a quick sale.
We introduced retained clients Trademark Homes Ltd and successfully negotiated a deal. Contracts in respect of Trademark's unconditional purchase were exchanged within 3 weeks, and completed shortly thereafter. We have continued to advise Trademark in the conception of a suitable scheme for redevelopment, and a planning application has recently been submitted for the construction of 12 apartments.
