A host of competitive offers were received, and once we'd settled on a preferred purchaser, contracts were exchanged in just 4 days! In terms of value, we advised a guide price of £1.9m against an anticipated GDV of £4.28m. The sale successfully completed at £2.2m which equates to 51% of GDV.
