Gillcrest Homes acquired this former public house on an unconditional basis, and subsequently secured planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and construction of 6 houses and 5 flats. Our Kent Office were made aware of the availability of the site, and introduced regular clients Knowle Homes Ltd. Keen to fill a hole in their build programme, Knowle Homes tabled a competitive offer and promised to contract quickly. The deal was completed promptly, and the building has recently fallen victim to the wrecking ball! Our New Homes Division are currently managing the sale of 12 houses on behalf of Knowle Homes in Rainham, and anticipate launching the Dunkirk site early in 2008.
