Forge Architects were employed to conceive a scheme for the redevelopment of the site, and planning permission was secured at local level for the construction of a contemporary block comprising 4 luxury apartments. The Land & Strategic Property Division were asked to introduce a buyer, and keen interest was generated. Caterham based developers Farnrise Construction have acquired several sites from us recently, and promptly completed their purchase within 4 weeks of making an offer.
