In each of our newsletters, the number of sales arranged from one developer to another seems to increase, and this is to be no exception.
We are undoubtedly building a reputation for being experts in the sale of consented sites, and are now seen by a growing number of national housebuilders as the agent to instruct if they choose to sell rather than construct a site, regardless of whether we originally introduced the land.
The former Marco Works site in Pembroke Road, Bromley is another recent example. Acquired and promoted by a well-known developer, we subsequently received instructions to dispose of the land. A detailed disposal pack was prepared and circulated to a number of firms known to be active in the area. Several competitive offers were received, however Asprey Homes promised to exchange contracts within a fortnight, and given the opportunity, proved true to their word.
