Towards the end of 2016, we were instructed to market this former Victorian dairy to the rear of Borough Tube Station. The building was owned by a printing firm who had been trading from the property for a number of years. They had relocated much of their operation to Scotland and now did not require much space in London. Having secured planning permission to refurbish and extend the existing building to provide a 6 storey development comprising 2,319 sqft of office/light industrial use and six flats (3 x 1 bed and 3 x 2 bed), the owners were keen to maximise the value.

We carried out a comprehensive marketing campaign generating good interest. The competitive tender resulted in a number of strong offers being received. A sale was ultimately concluded to a neighbouring property owner as the purchase enabled them to extend their existing office development.
