Purelake New Homes have developed hundreds of residential units in Greenwich, bid almost 25% over the guide price and committed to exchange contracts within 10 working days.
Proving true to their word Purelake quickly concluded their acquisition, and at the time of writing are finalising their development proposals for the site.
