The immediate area around Cobbs Corner at the top of Sydenham Road has seen much regeneration and resurgence in its commercial offering in recent years. The wider Greyhound pub site saw some residential development to the rear which proved the catalyst for our letting of a commercial unit to Sainsbury's, and the re-letting of the Listed public house to a local operator.
