Located in the Borough of Greenwich, Eltham is bordered by Mottingham, New Eltham, Kidbrooke, Falconwood, and Elmstead Woods. Eltham has one of the largest populated areas in Greenwich with 88,000 population. The high street is being redeveloped in the near future with a new cinema and a number of restaurants coming soon. The area also has many parks and open spaces, including Oxleas Woods, Avery Hill Park, Well Hall Pleasaunce, and Sutcliffe Park.
